Energy Rich Foundation empowers this generation and those to follow with the skills, knowledge and support needed to grow, lead and build thriving futures.
We focus on hands-on, real-world learning that helps young adults take meaningful steps toward careers they can build a life around. Our programs combine immersive bootcamps, one-on-one mentorship and entrepreneurial development designed to unlock potential and spark opportunity.
While many of our programs current offerings are rooted in the entertainment ecosystem, our broader mission extends into other high-opportunity U.S. industries such as construction, agriculture, environmental innovation, technology and beyond.
